What a fun thing! The mechanism works well and is controlled by the drawer opening and closing. It plays a nice tune while the 'hologram' screen appears to show a lady strumming the guitar.

The case is made of marbled brown bakelite.

There are a few scratches on the case, but no chips or cracks.

There is a Philips badge on the front of the drawer, and I'm wondering if it was a promotional item for the company.

All the items in my shop are previously enjoyed and I've tried to be as accurate as I can with the description but please message me if you've any questions. 

I promise to package it very carefully to avoid any damage. I recycle and reuse most of my packing materials from previously enjoyed bubble wrap, cardboard boxes and newspapers  to wadding offcuts from my upholstery jobs but I ensure it is clean and hazard-free.
