The front displays the iconic Soviet red enamel star with a central soldier motif, while the back commemorates the Great Patriotic War (WWII) with the dates 1941–1945 and the Soviet Order of Victory.

Unlike older Soviet variants, this dial is proudly marked "СДЕЛАНО В РОССИИ" (Made in Russia), indicating it was produced in the 1990s post-independence period using classic historic dies. The clean white dial features bold Arabic numerals, an outer 24-hour track, elegant hands, and a dedicated sub-seconds register at the 9 o'clock position marked "15 КАМНЕЙ" (15 Jewels).
