Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

US Buyers - Please Note:

For orders shipped within the United States, the shipping charge includes prepaid US import duty (Delivered Duty Paid / DDP), which is applied to each item separately. Because this duty is charged per item and is not reduced when items are combined, our Combine & Save refund is a flat US $3 for each additional item only, and does not include a refund of shipping or duty.

EU Buyers - Please Note:

From 1 July 2026, the EU applies a flat customs duty of €3 per product type on parcels imported from outside the EU (for orders up to €150). VAT is collected by eBay at checkout, so you will not be charged VAT again on delivery. If you buy several items of the same type, we combine them and the €3 is charged only once. Your local post or courier may ask you to pay this €3 (and sometimes a small handling fee) on delivery. This is a new EU-wide rule and outside the seller's control - please watch for any customs notice so your parcel is not delayed or returned.
