🔧 Step-by-Step Installation Guide

  1. Disconnect the vehicle battery negative terminal to avoid short circuit.
  2. Relieve fuel system pressure safely, then drain residual fuel.
  3. Remove fuel rail, carefully take out old factory injectors.
  4. Replace all o-rings and seals on new 1400cc EV14 injectors (lubricate seals with clean fuel, DO NOT use grease).
  5. Install new injectors into fuel rail, align connector direction correctly.
  6. Reinstall fuel rail back to cylinder head, torque bolts to manufacturer spec.
  7. Reconnect wiring harness, double check all plug connections are locked.
  8. Reconnect battery, turn ignition ON (do NOT start engine) to prime fuel system and check for leaks.
  9. Complete ECU tuning for 1400cc injectors before first start. Tuning is REQUIRED!

Important Note: Professional installation & custom ECU tuning highly recommended for high flow injectors.

❓ FAQ Common Problems & Solutions

Problem Solution
Fuel Leaks After Installation Check o-ring installation, confirm seals are not twisted / damaged. Use fresh lubricant, retorque fuel rail evenly.
Rough Idle / Misfire 1. Confirm ECU has proper tune for 1400cc injectors
2. Check wiring harness pins
3. Verify injector connector fully clicked in
Engine Hard To Start Prime fuel system fully. Confirm fuel pressure matches spec. Check if injector impedance matches your ECU driver.
Check Engine Light On After Install Scan DTC codes. Most cases caused by missing ECU tuning or loose wiring connection.
Injector Spray Uneven Our sets are ASNU matched, check fuel filter / fuel pump condition if issue occurs.
Can I Use These Injectors On Stock Engine? Not recommended. 1400cc high flow injectors are built for high horsepower modified engines only.
