🔧 Step-by-Step Installation Guide

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent short circuit.
  2. Relieve high fuel system pressure completely before disassembly.
  3. Remove engine cover and surrounding components to access the high pressure fuel pump.
  4. Disconnect fuel lines and electrical connector from the old HPFP. Prepare for residual fuel spillage.
  5. Remove mounting bolts and take off the original high pressure fuel pump.
  6. Clean the mounting sealing surface thoroughly, replace all gaskets and seals included.
  7. Install the remanufactured 948110316HX high pressure fuel pump, torque bolts to factory specification.
