These high-flow injectors support E85 ethanol fuel, perfect for turbocharged, supercharged and racing engine builds, upgrade from stock injectors for more horsepower, stable fuel delivery under high boost. Ideal for performance tuning, race car rebuild and engine modification.

🔧 Step-by-Step Installation Guide

  1. Disconnect vehicle negative battery terminal to avoid short circuit.
  2. Relieve fuel rail pressure completely to prevent fuel spray.
  3. Remove engine cover, intake manifold and fuel rail assembly carefully.
  4. Unplug injector electrical connectors, remove retaining clips.
  5. Pull out stock injectors, clean injector ports and fuel rail seats thoroughly.
  6. Install new O-rings on 1000cc EV14 injectors, lightly lubricate O-rings with clean motor oil.
  7. Insert new short EV14 injectors into fuel rail, reinstall clips to lock injectors securely.
  8. Mount fuel rail back onto cylinder head, torque bolts to manufacturer spec evenly.
  9. Reconnect wiring harness, fuel lines, intake manifold and engine cover.
  10. Reconnect battery, turn ignition ON to prime fuel system, check all joints for leaks.
  11. Complete ECU tuning for high flow injectors, road test and verify air-fuel ratio.

Important Note: Professional tuner / mechanic installation REQUIRED. High flow injectors need proper ECU tuning to avoid lean condition and engine damage.

Fuel leak at injector seat Check O-ring damage or misalignment. Lubricate O-rings, ensure fully seated; replace damaged seals.
Rough idle, misfire after swap Confirm ECU is properly tuned for 1000cc injectors. Check wiring harness, connector pin fitment.

Injector not firing Check electrical connector, wiring continuity, fuse and ECU injector driver setup.
Can I install without custom tuning? NO. 1000cc high flow injectors cannot work with stock tune. Professional tuning is mandatory.
Are these injectors compatible with E85? Yes, these EV14 injectors are built to run E85 ethanol safely for racing use.
