The fine print
*eBay is my full-time job, but I'm not available 24/7. I try to be prompt in responses and shipping. I'm not perfect but I try to work with my customers and acknowledge mistakes. I've been on eBay since 1997 and have had few unhappy experiences.
*I typically ship within 10-20 hours, with nearly daily morning post office picks up. Tracking may not show up until the next day. International buyers, I sometimes take an extra day with your items. If you have a problem with your order, please be aware I may have it out the door within hours and cannot change anything once it's with the USPS. Many Friday purchases may go out the door on Monday.
* I ship international items as merchandise, not gifts and I do not change the value of the item to help you with customs fees. All customs/import fees are your responsibility.
*If you have specific shipping or payment needs, please communicate before buying/bidding through a personal message, not through eBay checkout. I do NOT hold Buy it Now items and will open unpaid item cases after 3-5 days.
* All priority mail domestic items are insured. Tracking is provided on all items through an ebay generated email once a shipping label has been created. International buyers, first class shipping does not include detailed tracking to all countries.
* I am always happy to combine shipping based on the smallest available box and weight for both lots. Add them to your cart and ask for an invoice or I can also refund you duplicate shipping.
