Mosser Glass Sitting Cat figurine in Apple Green Opalescent. Made in Cambridge, Ohio.

This is the popular “Persian” or “Sitting Cat” mold. Features rich Apple Green transparent glass with opalescent white glass on the ears, nose, and front paws. Opalescence shows strongest under light.

Measures 3 inches tall x 2 inches wide at base. Original Mosser Glass gold foil label intact on bottom: “MOSSER GLASS Cambridge, Ohio” with Ohio M logo.

MINT NOS condition. No chips, cracks, scratches, flea bites, repairs, or shelf wear. Glass is factory perfect with high gloss. Opalescent areas are bright and crisp with no rubbing. Stored smoke-free.

Mosser cats are highly collectible. Apple Green Opalescent was a limited production color and is one of the most desirable. NOS examples with the original foil label intact are scarce. Most were displayed and lost their labels.
