Our Warranty
At Gadget Genius we understand the importance of items you buy working for you as time goes on. That's why on most items that do not have a manufactures warranty in place, we offer our Gadget Genius Warranty. Our warranty will be for a period of 30, 60, or 90 days, and the time of the warranty will be clearly listed in the items description.
Our warranty covers only mechanical defects of the item. It does not cover any kind of accidental or user damage to a device. If an item has any manufacturer warranty remaining at the time of purchase, our warranty will not apply. If you do not see our warranty in the item listing description, the item does not have our warranty.

Returns
On most items we sell we offer 30 Day Free Returns. All returned items must be returned in the exact condition they were shipped out in. For example, if an item was shipped new and sealed, it must be returned still new and sealed.
