Full disclosure- I am not a hot wheels expert. I am not sure if the car is cipsa or not. I did send pictures of the car to the Cipsa registry hoping to confirm but I did not get a definitive answer. Only that it might be Cipsa. Please use your judgment before bidding. Damage to passenger rear wheel, half is missing, other blemishes and wear are visible on the body but overall good condition for the age. Sold in condition as shown in photos with wear and minor blemishes, damage as shown. Thanks for looking!
