Original vintage Soviet USSR Navy commemorative lapel badge, featuring a detailed Soviet warship sailing at sea.

The badge is designed in a classic naval style with a large anchor forming the background, decorative golden laurel/wheat elements, blue and green enamel representing the sea and sky, and a Soviet sailor’s cap at the top decorated with a red star and hammer-and-sickle emblem.

Across the lower red enamel ribbon is the Russian inscription:

which translates as:
