Warranty availability may vary depending on the individual vehicle, its age, mileage, price and condition. Where a warranty is included or available, full details will be provided before purchase. Please contact us regarding the specific vehicle you are interested in and we will be happy to explain the warranty options available. Your statutory rights are not affected.

All vehicles are second-hand and their condition will reflect their age, mileage and previous use. We make every effort to describe our vehicles accurately and disclose any known faults or imperfections. Customers are encouraged to inspect and test drive the vehicle before purchase. Vehicle specifications and information should be independently checked where important to the buyer. A vehicle is only considered reserved once an agreed deposit has been received. Deposits may be non-refundable where a vehicle has been removed from sale at the customer's request, subject to applicable consumer law. Nothing within these terms affects your statutory rights.
