Description

WWII Imperial Japanese Army Medical Hydrogen Peroxide Bottle 1943 Star Mark

Description:

This is an original Imperial Japanese Army hydrogen peroxide bottle dating from the WWII period.

It was used as a medical supply for disinfecting a doctor's hands before treating wounded soldiers. The bottle is now completely empty and has been thoroughly cleaned.

The label shows some tearing and wear.

The bottle features:

  • Imperial Japanese Army star mark
  • 1943 manufacturing/inspection stamp
  • Marking reading “陸軍衛生材料本廠” (Imperial Japanese Army Medical Materials Main Arsenal)

This is an interesting and uncommon piece of WWII Japanese military medical equipment and would make an excellent addition to a collection of Imperial Japanese Army medical or field hospital artifacts.

Please note: The bottle is empty. No hydrogen peroxide or other contents are included.

Historical military medical bottles are also actively traded by collectors, including empty vintage hydrogen peroxide bottles.
