Vintage Swiss Cheese Salt or Pepper Shaker.  It has several chips in edges.  It has a cork inside - rattling around.  

Single shaker only.  Has 2 holes in top.

Likely made in Japan.  Marked H-770 or H-270 something similar (visible through a partial label- so difficult to read). 

Approximately 3 inches long by 1 7/8 inches tall. 

Single cheese shaped shaker only.  Maker not known to me.  And, it has those chips and that wear.  At any rate, it's just some cute cheese.

CONDITION:  Chipped.  See pictures.  Has paint wear.  Has old cork lost deep inside - difficult to get out.  From a smoke free home.
