Here's something you don't see that often. A full mint sheet of 50 Special Delivery 13-cent stamps from 1944. The stamps are Scott # E-17. The sheet does have some perf separations and missing narrow selvedge. What makes this sheet even more unique is the fact that each stamp has been punched with perfins. The perfin is pattern I5 which was used by the State of Illinois.
