Black felt with a big black bow

The ribbon around the hat and the bow feels soft like velvet

The inside of the hat is about 20 inches

There is a makers mark but I can't read it.

This hat looks vintage but could be antique. Part of an estate that sat unopened for 20 years.

Outside measurement is 9 3/4 inches front to back and 8 1/2 inches side to side

The side brim is 2 1/2 inches at the widest part
