1953 Christmas card, 6 1/2" by 5" printed by American Artists, featuring the artwork of Stan Fraydas (signed FRAYDAS within the image), showing Santa stuck in an elevator while an expectant child waits on the floor above. So graphically cool is this black and white line drawing with vivid colors and metallic gold only on the main characters. Some slight toning and slight wear to the corners. This card by Fraydas was featured in a 1953 NY Times article about the variety of Christmas cards available that year.
