Antique Hand Painted Feather  & Silk on Bone Hand Fan w box.   When open approx 19" across. Painted on flowers on both sides, one side has a scene of 2 Asian people sitting at a table, see pictures.  On one end about 2" of feathers missing, see pictures. Folded up it is 11" tall including the feathers.  The label on the box end reads Silk Lace Mitts. Pat. Nov 9, 1880.   Other info there but I can't make it out. Thanks for looking.
