Vintage lot of 7 original FUSION underground music/culture newspapers from 1971. Great collectible group featuring classic rock, jazz, counterculture, and political content from the early 1970s.

Issues included:

* No. 52 – March 19, 1971 – “A Casualty Report on Rock,” Captain Beefheart, Michael Lydon

* No. 53 – April 2, 1971 – Special Jazz Issue, Coltrane, Sanders, Coleman

* No. 54 – April 16, 1971 – Mel Lyman, Eric Burdon

* No. 55 – April 30, 1971 – Ike & Tina Turner, El Topo

* No. 56 – May 14, 1971 – The Rolling Stones, “No Dead Flowers”

* No. 57 – May 28, 1971 – Rock Folk

Condition: These newspapers are over 50 years old and show significant age-related wear. Pages and edges have yellowing, discoloration, tears, fraying, creases, edge wear and other deterioration. Some issues have more noticeable damage along the edges/corners, as shown in the photos. They are being sold as vintage collectibles in as-is condition.
