After your order is dispatched we will let you know what courier is handling your delivery. Orders placed after 2PM with next day delivery selected will not be processed until the following day and then dispatched for delivery the day after.

We will email you a consignment number and carrier details upon dispatch so you can easily track your delivery. If your carrier is UK Mail you have the option to use their interactive SMS and email service to reschedule your delivery to a day that is suitable for you. Medium and Large Products:
Your carrier will contact you by email or phone to arrange a suitable time for delivery. Please ensure that your registered contact number within your PayPal account is valid for contact to be made by the couriers. For Large Pallet Deliveries, this is a curbside delivery and cannot be delivered to your door.
For All Deliveries:
A signature is required to accept delivery on all orders, so please arrange for someone to be at the location to sign. If your address is a communal building such as a block of flats, please be aware that in order to prevent fraud identification will be required to receive the goods. If your delivery is heavy and requires more than one person to lift, please arrange for this as courier drivers will not carry heavy loads on their own.
