Vintage Canadian Westinghouse Model 21797 Government Equipment Cart
Offered for sale is an unusual vintage Canadian Westinghouse Model 21797 mobile electrical equipment cabinet / cart.
The original Westinghouse identification plate is marked 115 V β’ 5 A β’ 60 Hz, Model No. 21797, Serial No. 302, and identifies the manufacturer as C.W. Co. Ltd., Hamilton, Canada.
A separate original identification plate is marked CANADIAN GOVERNMENT PROPERTY and carries Contract No. P 69-8-330 and identification 2-P-2-1311-CDEF-102.
The unit consists of a substantial metal equipment enclosure mounted on a rolling tubular-frame cart with handles, casters and a lower storage shelf. Electrical connectors and controls are visible on the enclosure.
