Two plastic cupcake topper hearts that read "I LOVE YOU."  Made by Bakery Crafts.  Made in China.  They are approximately 1 3/8 inches across.

The rings show more wear than the paperclips.  Light wear to the paperclips.  Some loss of color to ring letters and color areas.  All pieces show some age.
