The outer box has been opened, but the inner packaging is unopened and in new condition. The 1/6 scale Iron Man Mark 3 diorama is unopened and new. The Iron Man Mark 42 figure has been displayed but is in excellent condition with no damage or scratches, returned to its box. This is a three-piece set offered for collection organization.
