Map is stamped by stamp of "Americka Informacni Sluzba Praha" (or American Information Service Prague) - this agency was based in Czechoslovakia after World War Second.
It has operated until late 1940s when communist definitively took power for the next 40 years in Czechoslovakia.
Designed by: anonymous artist, most likely in 1949

Condition report: map was stored folded, shows fold lines, may shows some minor tears and creasing especially on edges, in corners and in fold lines, may shows some yellowing and some stains
