It measures approximately 4 3/4 inches long x 3 1/4 wide x 2 1/2 tall. 

Maker's mark and country of origin mark not found.  

CONDITION:  It has some oil type stains on top - see last picture.  Maybe from candle wax or some sort of oil.  Hinges good.  Closes fine.  No breaks.  Just those spots on top.
