This unique paper cards are about

 6-3/4 x 5 inches unopened laying flat.

The attached red ribbon are about 50 inches long

 and were used to hang these for decoration.

These items are in used condition with damage to the honeycomb paper,

 heavy age yellowing discoloration, stains, worn torn edges, ink writing,

 puncture holes, stored in a loving smoke free home.
