The seller is offering a very rare original Kodachrome slide of the US-flag Esso Shipping Co 1949-built tanker ESSO LIMA as shown while in US waters in May 1969. She was sold out of the Fleet in 1972. This remarkable sharp sunny view was taken from shoreside with a 35mm SLR camera using a high quality 50mm standard lens. I can attest that this slide is devoid of marks and blemishes as well as to its high quality, much better than this low resolution scan.
