An original World War Two related letter written by Sergeant Bernard Marcey who was in the 48th Armored Medical Battalion which was attached to the 2nd Armored Division. He was also in the 6th Armored Division. It is dated 1945 Apolda Germany. This letter was written to his Sweetheart. In one area he says,..........I sent a package with a captured Leather Jacket and pants...............and also a couple knives that I'll........knives are just common house or table ones but they did come out of one of the homes I lived in when I was in Bonn........................... The cover has the send to address of Arlington Virginia. I currently have other items listed that belonged to this person.
