Outer jacket has "5-03" handwritten on back cover.  Otherwise no markings, cut corners, seam splits, tears or punch holes.  Spine shows some wear.  Original clear plastic inner sleeve.  Record has been cleaned and appears EX under direct sunlight with rare light superficial markings visible.   Record spot plays clean and clear
