Vintage 80s BIG JOHN Japan Acid Wash Denim Trucker Jacket Batwing Boxy size L.
Up for listing is an authentic, rare vintage archival denim tracker jacket engineered by the legendary Japanese denim pioneer, Big John. Model code: MD-279. Made during the late 1980s / early 1990s, this heavy-duty trucker perfectly embodies the iconic boxy, wide-shouldered batwing silhouette of the vintage streetwear era.
Crafted in Japan from premium, heavy-gauge 100% rigid cotton denim, this jacket features an incredible high-contrast, heavily marbled acid-wash/snow-wash indigo patina. Built on a modified Type III blueprint, it is upgraded with broad dropped shoulders, deep tapered arm cylinders, custom silver-tone metal shank buttons stamped with "Big John Quality," dual button-flap chest pockets, and adjustable button-tab waist cinches at the rear.
