This is a rare Patek Philippe reference 425 Tegolino watch. The dial is rare with platinum lapped hour markers but has heavy restoration and is missing parts of the signature and subdial. The platinum case is in excellent condition with sharp hallmarks and a very cool 1940 Christmas engraving! The watch is working and has an extract from the archives. No original buckle or strap.
