Grove City Police, cheesecloth backing, does not glow under black light.
Lockbourne Ohio Police, cheesecloth backing, does not glow under black light.
Minerva Park Police, cheesecloth backing, does not glow under black light.

Grandview Heights Police, twill backing, glows under black light, 1980s
