The reception for the album took place at the world-famous Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club located at 47 Frith Street in Soho, London. The event was held on Thursday, March 20, 1969, at 6:30 PM and was timed to promote the band's upcoming release.

The invitation instructs attendees to RSVP to Tony Barrow International Ltd, located at Abbott House on Hanover Street. Tony Barrow was one of the most powerful PR figures in British music history, most famously serving as the press officer for The Beatles from 1962 to 1968 (coining the phrase "The Fab Four") before setting up his own independent agency.
