Its path leads across distant lands, so its departure must first be arranged with the keepers of our warehouse. This preparation usually takes 10–20 business days. Once everything is in place, your collectible will set off on its adventure, and I'll send you a tracking number so you can follow every step of its travels.

Most deliveries arrive within 15–30 business days, though the exact time depends on your country's customs procedures, the destination, and the distance the journey must cover.

Some voyages are short. Others ask for a little more patience.

Every collectible I send is brand new, factory sealed, and unopened.

Before it leaves my little shop, I inspect it carefully —perhaps even nine times — before nestling it safely inside a sturdy cardboard box, ready for the long road ahead.

Please take a close look at the photographs in the listing, as they offer the best representation of the item's condition.

Before shipping, I'll also send you photographs of the sealed shipping box and, if you wish, photographs of the contents before the parcel is sealed, so you can see that everything is complete and exactly as described.

For everyone's protection, I can only ship to the address registered with your eBay order. If you need your parcel sent elsewhere, please update your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Naturally, every shipment includes full tracking.

One small thing to keep in mind: after dispatch, it may take 2–4 business days before tracking information begins updating. This is a normal part of international shipping and does not mean your parcel has been delayed.

If the road proved too harsh...

Every collectible is carefully inspected before shipping and leaves my shop securely packed for its long journey.

Whenever possible, I kindly recommend recording a short video while opening your parcel — from the moment the package is still sealed until the item has been fully unpacked and inspected.

Most collectibles arrive safely at their new homes, but international travel can occasionally be unkind.

Should damage occur during transit, an unboxing video together with photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label will greatly help confirm what happened and may speed up the carrier's claim process or any return handled through eBay.

This is not required, but it is a simple precaution that helps protect both buyer and seller.

What is not considered a defect?

Minor variations in color, paint application, small manufacturer updates to bases, packaging, accessories, or other production details are a natural part of collectible figures and are not considered defects.
