The hexagonal body prevents the pipe from rolling when placed down and tobacco ash does not spill out. The gooseneck mouthpiece and ra-u are made of metal. The flue is cleaned by inserting a pipe cleaner from the mouthpiece side. Kotobuki is the name of the neighborhood where the Tsuge Manufacturing Company is located. The Banden depicted on the mount is the Banden from Kotobuki 4-chome which is the site of the Sanja Matsuri festival.
