This is an original, 1950s–1960s Showa-era vintage Japanese tinplate racing boat named EMERALD Y-3, produced in Japan by the classic toy maker Yoneya (marked with the iconic Sakura Cherry Blossom 'Y' logo).

The hull is adorned with vibrant vintage lithographed tin art in bold primary colors, complete with an attached tin driver wearing a classic racing helmet and goggles.
