The original Audiotape Type 3661-R was marketed as a 1/4", 3600-ft Mylar tape on a 10.5" aluminum reel, matching the box and reel shown in your photos. Period manufacturer literature documents this exact 3661-R configuration.
This particular reel is much more interesting than an ordinary blank vintage tape because it includes period New York Philharmonic material.
The reel has a handwritten label reading “SCHUBERT WALTER.”
Also included is a New York Philharmonic 1959–1960 Carnegie Hall concert program sheet listing:
Bruno Walter – Conductor
Maureen Forrester – Contralto
Richard Lewis – Tenor
The program is identified as the Mahler Festival – Final Program, commemorating the 100th anniversary of Gustav Mahler's birth and the 50th anniversary of his first season as Music Director of the New York Philharmonic.
The program lists performances including Schubert Symphony No. 8 in B minor (“Unfinished”) and Mahler – Das Lied von der Erde (The Song of the Earth).
The dates printed on the program are April 15, 16, 21 and 24, 1960, at Carnegie Hall.
Also included are six vintage black-and-white photographs showing conductor/orchestra concert scenes. I would describe them as associated concert photographs rather than identifying the individuals in the photos unless there is documentation on their backs.

The original box identifies the tape as 1/4" x 3600 ft, Type 3661-R, 1 Mil Mylar, manufactured by Audio Devices, Inc., New York. The magnetic tape is wound on a large vintage aluminum reel.
