THIS IS A 100% GENUINE SEIKO GEN 2 RAF PILOTS WATCH FROM THE    Ministry of Defence.   ISSUED IN 1997 TO A SERVING RAF PILOT.    HAS FULL NATO MARKINGS ON CASEBACK.    This is in exceptional condition for a services watch.  Case is a sandblasted finish.  Case is 37mm exc crown. The lug size is 20mm and has solid bars denoting made for the MOD.  The dial is perfect and hands very clean. The dial has promethian 147 lume on the hands and numbers denoted by the P on the dial. The lume has a very short active life hence not glowing any more.   Movement is the seiko 7A27-7A20 which is in very clean condition.  All functions work and a new renata battery has been fitted.  Time keeping is spot on. It has a new grey nato strap fitted.  These are now a collectable military watch.  This is my fathers watch from his collection and you can see i have sold a great many british services watches that were bought direct from  the Ministry of Defence  disposal agent.
