This is a vintage model manufactured in February 1992. It's a multi-function quartz watch called "CARIB" from Seiko's sub-brand "ALBA".
A special feature is the "mode select function," which allows you to switch between modes (time, chronograph, alarm, timer, dual time) in the small window at the 6 o'clock position by turning the crown. Each time you change modes, the hands of each sub-dial move in unison as if dancing, creating a mechanical gimmick that displays the respective function.
It features a "1/10 second chronograph" where the central minute hand moves back and forth once per second, an "alarm" that sounds an electronic beep at a specified time, and a "countdown timer" that is convenient for everyday use. Furthermore, it also has a classic "pointer date" that indicates the date on the outer edge of the dial with a thin hand, and a "dual time" that can display the time in two different regions simultaneously.
