One of a kind piece! This a hand-painted custom altered card. Later the card was signed at Magic Fest 2019 in Las Vegas by the original Ultimate Masters Fulminator Mage, MTG artist Lucas Graciano. I just wanted to be clear that Lucas did not alter this, but he was kind enough to sign it afterwards and it makes an awesome display peace. Or make your friends jealous as you bling out your deck! This is an 100% Genuine and Authentic Magic the Gathering card. The card has been HAND PAINTED Extended / Altered. These are great alternatives to foil cards. Everyone can get foils, but these are all unique original hand painted. So they really make your deck stand out.
