Description
Vintage Clorox Tilex Instant Mildew Stain Remover complete with its original retail box, 16 fl oz bottle with apparent original contents, trigger sprayer, child-resistant safety cap, and a vintage Clorox Tilex instruction pamphlet. The bottle features an early patent-pending base, making it an excellent display piece for collectors of vintage household products and advertising.
The bottle and box both feature the classic early Tilex graphics from the product’s introduction. The included instruction pamphlet carries a 1982 Clorox copyright, making it a period-correct addition to the set.
The bottle appears to retain its original contents and shows no evidence of use. It is being sold strictly as a vintage collectible/display item and is not intended for use due to its age.
An excellent addition to any collection of Clorox memorabilia, vintage cleaning products, advertising, movie props, or 1980s household packaging.

Historical Context
Introduced around 1980, Clorox Tilex became one of the company’s most recognizable household cleaning products with its “No Mess • No Scrubbing” advertising campaign. Early patent-pending examples are less frequently encountered than later production bottles. Complete sets retaining the original box, bottle, trigger sprayer, safety cap, and vintage instruction pamphlet are becoming increasingly difficult to find and are sought after by collectors of vintage advertising, household products, and period display items.
