Delivery
Golf clubs are securely packaged and dispatched using DPD tracked delivery. Smaller items may be sent using another appropriate tracked service. Delivery times can vary for weekends, bank holidays and remote locations.
Returns
We accept customer returns within 30 days of purchase provided the club has not been used and it is returned in the same condition it was sent in.
Please note – As with most golf retailers, our clubs are not supplied on a trial basis. Therefore, if you use the club in any way and return it, we will not offer a full refund. This applies to all clubs, including pre-owned.
