On auction, we have 5 original Rock concert posters from the 1980's. This group includes:1. The Vapors Turning Japanese appearing at the Lobero Theater, Santa Barbara January 2, 1981. On tan paper, this measures 17" X 11".
2. Martin Mull The Hollywood Rock and Roll Revue & Special Guest Joe Walsh Appearing at the Arlington Theater, Santa Barbara January 29, 1982. On very thick tan textured paper, this is 20 1/2" X 15".
3. Benefit Concert Save Pt. Conception at the Lobero Theater, Santa Barbara May 12, 1980. On off-white paper, this measures 17" X 11".
4. The Crusaders With Miss Randy Crawford at the Arlington Theater April 14, year unknown. On glossy white paper this is 24 1/2" X 17 1/4".
5. Survival Sunday III Hollywood Bowl May 25th featuring Graham Nash, Lily Tomlin, David Crosby, Steve Goodman, Holly Near and Many Many More. Part of the Survival Sunday series this is circa 1980. On thick glossy paper, this measures 17" X 11". It has the Alliance For Survival stamp on the bottom.
Again, these are originals, not re-prints. These are in very good condition. The printing on all of them is bold, bright, clean and clear. Most have pin holes on the corners and/or tape. These have been handled and have a few light wrinkles. As I am not an expert on art, please view my photographs for more description. This is from my friend who is moving to a much smaller home and parting with some of his treasures.
