On auction, we have a set of 6 antique sterling silver luncheon knives. These are stamped with "JB" (John Biggin), crown (Sheffield), lion (Sterling) and "w" (1914). These measure just under 7" long with 3 1/2" handles. The set of 6 weigh 148 grams on my scale.
I believe these are in good condition, especially considering their age and use. They have light surface scratches and the handles have many tiny dents. You have my apologies, anybody/everybody can polish silver better than I can. Please view my photographs for more description.
My friend who collects everything, is moving to a much smaller home and parting with many of her treasures. These are from her aunt's estate and we do not know their history.
I will be happy to answer any questions and, of course, combine your shipping when possible.
