Usage of Steel Balls
Remove the aluminum box, place your model in the center. Use steel balls to cover sections that do not require forming, then place the assembly onto the machine worktable.
Product Operation Steps
- Rotate the upper cover 90° to either side. Place the required diaphragm between upper and lower casings, then pull down the ball‑head lever to secure it tightly.
- Reset the upper cover. Press the lifting wrench to raise the sleeve frame to working height (the marble limits the upper travel of the main shaft). Position your prepared model at the centre of the screen plate.
- Turn on the heating switch to warm the diaphragm. Heat for roughly 2‑3 minutes until the sheet sags approximately 1 cm below the plane of the lower frame.
- Switch off heating, lower the frame and activate the vacuum motor simultaneously.
- Take out your finished workpiece once forming completes.
