  • We have a 60 day return-for-refund policy. If a buyer is not satisfied with our product, he/she can return the item and get refunded the item price only within the time period.
  • We also have a 180 day approved defect replacement only warranty.
  • For any package that needs to be returned, please contact our customer service first to receive a RMA form.
  • The return will not be accepted in any case if the item has been used. Only un-mounted and un-used tires can be returned.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost if the return is accepted.
  • Any item that is approved for exchange will need to be in brand new condition, which means the item has never been installed and is kept in the original packaging.
