There is no size tag in this dress.  The measurements are Bust 38", Waist 30", Hips 38" which is equivalent to US size 8-10.  There is no stretch to the fabric. Fitted silhouette.  

The length from waist to hem is approximately 40".  Length from shoulder (shoulder pads) to hem is approximately 57". 

The top has a hook and eye closure with a back zipper. Open/backless style.   

This dress looks to be from the 1980s and has been carefully stored.
