This vintage, Le Tallec, Limoges, round box, is painted in the "Treille Muscate" pattern, with 22KT gold vines of grapes and leaves, interspersed with vines of pink flowers, on the top and side.  A flower is the clasp, and pink flowers are on the inside top and bottom.  It has a diameter of 2.2" with a height of 1.9".  "Made in France for Bonwit Teller" and a stock number are on the bottom.  It does not have the Le Tallec date code.  Many of the old boxes made for Bonwit Teller and Saks Fifth Ave are not marked with "L T."  It has the old spackle type filler.  PLEASE CHECK MY OTHER AUCTIONS FOR MORE LIMOGES BOXES - I'LL BE LISTING ADDITIONAL ONES LATER IN THE WEEK.   PLEASE CHECK BACK OFTEN.
