New in original box and packaging. The box is in great condition with some light shelf wear. There are a few red marks on the plastic part of the box at the level of the plush face. It may look like there are red marks on the plush but they are not. 

I carefully peeled the tape on the bottom of the box to verify that all contents are accounted for....
