The surface of the workpiece must be wiped clean and kept dry to ensure good electrical contact
After selecting the engraving color, securely clamp the ground wire alligator clip to the workpiece and turn on the device
During operation, keep the engraving pen perpendicular to the workpiece and move the tip slowly and at a steady speed; maintain an appropriate gap between the tip and the workpiece, and adjust the device’s output power until the text, graphics, and lines appear clearly
When performing electro-engraving on aluminum surfaces, the copper wire tip must be replaced (the tip is to be provided by the customer).

VIII. Precautions
During engraving, ensure the engraving pen is held perpendicular to the workpiece surface, maintaining a gap between the pen tip and the workpiece to ensure normal vibration and discharge of the pen tip.
Do not allow the pen tip to remain stationary at a single point for extended periods, as this can easily cause the pen tip to burn out or become damaged.
When the equipment is not in use, do not allow the metal part of the pen tip to come into contact with any metal objects connected to the alligator clip to prevent damage to the equipment.
